Our philosophy of personalized service means, among other things, that the audit services would be under the personal supervision of Mr. Lawrence Ragland, the Member/Partner. Mr. Ragland has expertise in working with non-profit organizations and government agencies in the areas of budgetary, management reporting, and administrative cost resolutions and fraud audits.
In the belief that a nation's business health is unalterably tied to its social well-being, our firm encourages civic, community and social involvement by its principals and professional staff. Many hold offices in several regional and local organizations and have given substantially of their time and ability to charities of all kinds. Because of our involvement in community activities and non-profit organizations, we have come not only to recognize the problems which are commonly associated with such organizations, but have been able to provide meaningful solutions to the problems.
In order to increase and maintain our technical competence so as to enable us to more effectively service our clients, our professional staff is required to attend seminars offered by the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society. In addition, Ragland & Associates, LLC is an approved continuing professional educational sponsor. We conduct training seminars in our offices for our staff.
